Victor became interested in residential real estate while working with Dan and Digs Realty in his search for an apartment in New York City. He quickly realized the skills necessary to be a good agent, including the importance of working well with others on all sides of the transaction and having a good business acumen, and decided it was time for a new career. Victor has an extensive background in sales, marketing, and business and has bought and sold homes throughout Long Island, Queens and Manhattan.
Victor has an MBA from New York University and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in New York State, giving him the unique ability to add value to his buy-side clients by identifying various potential defects in a home.
Romanian born, he is also fluent in Romanian, French and Italian. Victor lives with his family in Great Neck on the North Shore of Long Island, where he raised his children for the last 20+ years.
