Ralitza was born in Sofia, Bulgaria where she grew up, before moving to London at age 18 to study in Business School. After graduating university, she spent 10 years working in Media and Advertising in London, including 6 years at Microsoft where she developed and managed client sales and services teams. She moved to New York in 2015 and decided to take a break from the corporate world – soon after she enrolled to study Interior Design at the New York School of Interior Design. She also set up her own interior design business Space & Home, helping clients create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. She quickly developed a passion for properties and residential real estate. She enjoys working with people and helping them find the perfect place to call home or to invest in. She lives on the Upper West Side with her husband and son.
During her free time, Ralitza likes spending time in her weekend home in Long Island, reading, knitting, cooking, listening to podcasts, and playing Magic the Gathering with her son. Fun fact about Ralitza – she used to train and compete for the Bulgarian Rhythmic Gymnastics Junior Team.
