He was patient and guided me through my VERY specific search in the Village areas…he was supportive and buttoned up as we bid on multiple apartments that turned out not to be the one…and he helped me maneuver just the right way to finally land a new apartment that was 100x better than any of the ones I’d bid on before! And then he worked incredibly hard to sell my previous apartment, right as the market took an odd turn, and helped me get the price I needed on that final sale. Dan is incredibly responsive, answering texts, calls and emails quickly; and he was persistent and on top of all the details on both of my deals. I couldn’t have made it through this 2 year long process without him! And will absolutely work with Dan in the future! ”
