Ralitza Horler

Ralitza was born in Sofia, Bulgaria, where she grew up before moving to London to study at business school. After graduating, she spent over a decade in media and advertising, leading client sales and service teams. In 2015, she moved to New York City and decided to take a step back from the corporate world to pursue her longtime passion for design and property renovation. She studied interior design at the New York School of Interior Design and went on to establish her own business, Space and Home, where she helped clients create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. Her work in design naturally deepened her interest in properties and residential real estate. Today, Ralitza brings that same eye for detail and commitment to helping clients find the perfect place to call home—or the right property to invest in. Dedicated and thorough, she is quick to respond to questions and genuinely cares about her clients’ needs and goals.

Since moving to New York, Ralitza has made her home on the Upper West Side with her husband and their son. In her free time, she enjoys reading, gardening, and cooking. She is fluent in both English and Bulgarian.
