Lindsey Skidmore

Having lived in Alabama, Texas, Michigan, and Tennessee, Lindsey always knew she would end up in New York City. Since moving to the city she loves to call home, she’s lived and worked in neighborhoods all across Manhattan and Brooklyn, including Bushwick, Crown Heights, Flatbush, Harlem, Upper East Side, Park Slope, Flatiron, Lower East Side, Midtown, Upper West Side, and Gramercy. Having experienced so many different corners of NYC firsthand, Lindsey loves helping people discover neighborhoods they might not have considered and find a place that truly feels like home.

Her love for New York naturally led her to real estate, where she gets to share that passion with both newcomers and longtime New Yorkers. Lindsey takes the time to understand what her clients are looking for and enjoys getting creative to find the right fit, navigate challenges, and negotiate deals that leave everyone feeling confident and secure.

When she’s not walking her beloved beagle-mix, Mella, exploring apartments or getting to know her clients, you can often find her enjoying a slow coffee-shop morning with her journal at Stumptown in the West Village.

For Lindsey, real estate is about more than finding an apartment—it’s about helping people find their place in a city that has so much to offer.
