Carved double entry doors, a classical archway over the corner bay and a crystal chandelier provide an upscale and authentic Brooklyn townhouse look and feel. Rich hardwood floors and original moldings throughout complete the romantic style.

An interior staircase with balustrade leads to the garden level, which has a center hallway and a private gated entrance from under the front stoop. The front corner room is a gracious home office or guest room with two large front-facing windows plus a bay window overlooking the forecourt of the house. A second bedroom with an interior closet and the primary bedroom are further down the hall.

An in-unit suburban-sized LG washer and dryer are in a dedicated hallway closet.

The primary bedroom is expansive. It has a wall of customized closets plus a separate walk-in closet, which is outfitted for hanging and shelving. The shower features temperature control and a stone floor.

The recently updated perennial garden is framed by ivy-covered walls, while slate tiles and river stones create pathways and scenic tableaux throughout the private outdoor space. A wrought iron spiral stair leads up to the large balcony off the library.
