HELLO UPDATED KITCHEN! Welcome home to Unit 7L, an extra-large 1-bedroom with a private terrace unit nestled in The Geneva, where spacious proportions meet thoughtful updates. As you walk in, you’ll first notice the rich dark hardwood floors running throughout; there’s a consistency here that feels both warm and refined. Step outside onto your private terrace, yes! This unit includes its own outdoor space. It’s your quiet oasis that’s perfect for morning coffee or evening wind-downs with a glass of wine. The living room offers open city views that you can’t help but linger over. Those views keep the space feeling alive, even when it’s late. Beautiful NEW cabinets frame the kitchen, paired with stainless steel appliances like a BERTAZZONI RANGE and granite countertops, making daily cooking feel like a treat. You also have a MIELE washer to make laundry day a breeze. As you continue toward the bedroom, you’ll see the walk-in closet the owner added, plus two additional closets; this is rare! Storage isn’t an afterthought here. The bathroom has been treated to porcelain tiling and updated fixtures, so the finish feels fresh without being overdone. The Geneva is a full-service co-op with 24-hour doorman, in-building laundry, live-in super, on-site management, bike storage, and a garage. Located on 57th & 9th, the building is surrounded by many of the City’s top restaurants, shops, and access to multiple subway lines. Bad Roman, Per Se, really anything you’re in the mood for is here. Live in Lincoln Square and enjoy life the way you should!
