2621 PALISADE Avenue, New York City, NY 10463

Live above the Hudson. Wake up to the river. Come home to your own private treehouse in the sky.
Beautifully renovated and thoughtfully designed, this special residence offers a rare combination of sweeping Hudson River views, privacy, comfort, and effortless access to Manhattan.
From the moment you enter, the expansive river outlook draws you in. The beautifully renovated kitchen features generous counter space, abundant storage, and a dining bar that creates the perfect setting for morning coffee, intimate dinners, or entertaining friends while the Hudson flows endlessly!
It feels as though you are hovering directly over the river, nestled in the treetops like your own private bird’s nest. The views are extraordinary in every season. Watch sailboats and river traffic glide by, and look for ospreys, hawks, eagles, and herons soaring across the Hudson. In the fall, the changing colors of the Palisades create an ever-changing natural panorama. And then there are the sunsets-magnificent, expansive, and different every evening.
This is not simply a home with a view. It is a front-row seat to the Hudson River and the changing seasons.
The current owners have lovingly renovated the residence to create a comfortable retreat designed for both everyday living and entertaining. The apartment features Custom chefs Kitchen, beautiful real oak hardwood floors, two renovated bathrooms-one with a soaking tub and another with a large shower-and abundant storage throughout.
The owners describe what they love most about living here:
“The feeling of being right on the River, especially when we are on the terrace.”
“The glorious sunsets.”
“Seeing eagles, ospreys and herons fly right by our windows.”
