305 W 150th Street, New York City, NY 10039

Your windows open onto Jackie Robinson Park. Residence 304 is a west-facing one-bedroom at No. 305 on the Park, a 1921 pre-war building converted to condominium ownership in Central Harlem. The apartment looks across Bradhurst Avenue into the park’s tree canopy as it rises toward Edgecombe — a long, green outlook that carries the afternoon light. The apartment measures approximately 594 square feet, with hardwood floors throughout and a kitchen that opens to the living and dining area across a breakfast bar, a layout that makes the footprint live larger than the number suggests. Washer/dryer and dishwasher are in the unit. The bedroom is separated from the main living space. No. 305 on the Park is an 84-unit elevator building with a part-time doorman, live-in superintendent, fitness center, landscaped courtyard garden, resident lounge, children’s playroom, bike room, package room, on-site laundry, private storage, and on-site parking. Pets are permitted. Financing is permitted to 90%. The A, B, C, and D at 145th Street are approximately 0.18 miles from the building; the 3 at 148th Street is approximately 0.24 miles. Jackie Robinson Park, with its pool and recreation center, sits directly across Bradhurst Avenue. Hamilton Grange National Memorial and City College are also in the immediate area. At $375, 000, this is one of the more approachable entry points to condominium ownership in Manhattan with in-unit laundry, a fitness center, and a park view. Shown by appointment.
