303 Mercer Street, New York City, NY 10003

An authentic Greenwich Village loft with timeless character, dramatic scale, and the flexibility to make it entirely your own.

Set in the heart of the Village, this distinctive duplex residence is currently configured as a two-bedroom, two-bathroom home with two large, separate living room/dining room spaces, and offers the rare combination of classic downtown atmosphere and meaningful potential to create something truly special.

Soaring 10+ foot ceilings and an impressive exposed-brick wall immediately establish the home’s warm, sophisticated character. Desirable East and West exposures along with multiple skylights, including the entry foyer, that reach 20+ feet at their highest point, bring in beautiful natural light throughout the day. A striking arched opening connects the living room and second living and dining space, where a charming spiral staircase leads to the upper level.

The open kitchen flows naturally into the generous living and dining spaces, creating an easy setting for entertaining, dinner parties, or quiet evenings at home. Spanning two levels, the layout offers welcome separation and versatility along with the option to create a 3rd bedroom or home office.

Located moments from Washington Square Park, some of downtown’s best restaurants, neighborhood cafés, and boutique shopping, this location is hard to beat.

303 Mercer in a charming doorman cooperative on one of Greenwich Village’s most iconic streets, this is a rare opportunity to own a true downtown loft in an address that captures the very best of Village living.
