“Run don’t walk to this exceptional home. The Columbia Condominium is a Modern Doorman building which offers this absolutely amazing 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home with wonderful western views of the building’s private gardens. So, all of your views are quiet, beautiful and serene, (a bit of an oasis). The Pass Thru Kitchen is brand new and features new stainless-steel appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave oven & gas stove). The second and third bedrooms are on the other side of the apt and has an additional bathroom. This prime location is across the street from the 1, 2, 3, trains, crosstown buses, and has a ton of exceptional amenities to enjoy, which include: Full-Service 24-hr Doorman, & Concierge and include a 3 story community facility which sports a Lounge/community party room with Fireplace (and Full Kitchen for Events/Entertaining/Parties), Huge Swimming Pool, Newly Renovated Fully-Outfitted Gym, Playroom, Squash, Racquetball and Basketball Courts, Sun Deck, Roof deck, lending library, community garden, laundry and garage in the building (which is the only amenity NOT included in the rent) .
