115 E 67TH Street, New York City, NY 10065

Rarely available and rich in history, this unique home at Millan House was built in 1931 by John D. Rockefeller Jr. The apartment presents a unique opportunity in one of Manhattan’s most elegant landmarked cooperatives, established in 1948. Millan House consists of two buildings separated by a serene private Italianate garden courtyard. Within this intimate collection of just 57 mostly large scale residential units, few smaller apartments exist, making this home a truly exceptional offering.

This elegant residence boasts a gracious and distinctive layout, beginning with a welcoming dining foyer, with a powder room. The expansive grand sun-filled south-facing living room, centered around a decorative fireplace, provides an exceptional setting for both entertaining and everyday living. The two west-facing, spacious and well-proportioned bedrooms, each with its own excellent original en suite bathroom, are well-designed for privacy.

Located just steps off Park Avenue in the east 60s, two blocks from Central Park, this sophisticated and highly desirable residence allows pied-a-terre ownership at a prime address. Some of the best shops and restaurants in New York are in the neighborhood. The mature, beautifully planted garden is extraordinary, with several seating areas for you and your guests to enjoy.
