857 9th Avenue, New York City, NY 10019

Welcome home to this spacious, well priced second floor one bedroom with a brand new kitchen in the middle of one of Manhattan’s most vibrant neighborhoods in a building with an unlimited sublease policy.

Just one flight up from the building’s entrance on Ninth Avenue and West 56th Street, this home has ceilings almost 10 feet high and an entry foyer to greet you when you enter. The layout is split, with distance between the bedroom and living space, which makes the apartment feel gracious with architectural interest. It also makes it possible to create two separate bedrooms if that is something you need.

The area is vibrant, with an abundance of cuisine covering all sides of the globe. The Time Warner Center and Whole Foods are five minutes away, as are the A, C, B, D and 1 trains making this location incredibly convenient no matter what your morning commute.
