543 BROADWAY, New York City, NY 10012

Set on a prime SoHo block between Prince and Spring, this full-floor penthouse loft is a rare offering-equal parts architectural authenticity and elevated downtown living.

With 22 oversized windows clearing surrounding buildings, the home is bathed in natural light and framed by open views to the south, east, and north. Barrel-vaulted ceilings rise to 11 feet, while exposed brick and original piping pay homage to the building’s industrial heritage, creating a space that feels both timeless and distinctly New York.

A private keyed elevator opens directly into the residence, where a flexible layout allows for effortless customization. Currently configured as a two-bedroom, two-bathroom home, the loft can easily accommodate a third bedroom or be reimagined into a sprawling open living and entertaining space.

The primary suite enjoys bright southern exposure, while the secondary bedroom is quietly tucked away with soft northern light. A chef’s kitchen with custom cabinetry and premium stainless steel appliances anchors the home, flowing seamlessly into a generous dining area designed for hosting.

Built in 1903 by John W. Stevens, 543 Broadway is a boutique 18-unit AIR cooperative with a striking marble facade. The building offers exceptional flexibility, including AIR waiver, pieds-à-terre, subletting, guarantors, and co-purchasing, all subject to board approval.

Positioned in the heart of the SoHo Cast Iron District, residents are moments from the city’s best restaurants, galleries, and boutiques.
