Zhanna Kelley lives on the Upper West Side and has seven years of real estate experience. Originally focusing on the Queens and Staten Island markets, Zhanna joined the Digs family to expand her knowledge of the Manhattan and Brooklyn markets. She has sold, rented and listed many homes, and she specializes in residential purchases, sales and rentals, 1031 exchanges and market evaluations.
Zhanna is also a landlord and real estate investor in Sussex County, New Jersey. She loves buying and renovating homes for resale or to rent. She is also the Treasurer of the Board of Trustees of the Community Corporate of High Point as well as the Board at Palmer’s Landing in Arverne, Queens. She understands the finances of running co-ops, condos and Homeowner’s Associations (HOAs).
Born in Ukraine, Zhanna grew up in Queens, and she is especially familiar with Central Queens and the Rockaways. Zhanna considers herself a Queens Native – the “most diverse” borough in the world. Recently, Zhanna moved to the UWS. She loves her new neighborhood by Riverside Drive – the proximity to Columbia and the local Riverside Dog Park where she walks her dog, Madelyn.Zhanna worked in health care Internal Audit and Compliance for over ten years for many NYC hospitals and was previously a consultant and is a NYS Certified Public Accountant (CPA). In 2012, Zhanna decided to get her real estate license in order to follow in her mother’s footsteps, who has worked in real estate for over twenty-five years.
In her free time, Zhanna loves to travel the world, read and spend time with friends and her dog, Madelyn.
