Windsor Terrace

Windsor Terrace

Windsor Terrace is a small residential enclave on the southwestern edge of Prospect Park, bounded by Park Slope, Prospect Park, Green-Wood Cemetery and Kensington. The market is largely comprised of single- and multi-family houses, and has experienced very little development over the past couple cycles. Property values have been pushed up since the 2000s, but it continues to be ethnically diverse and culturally active. Windsor Terrace has also managed to maintain a slow, small-town vibe (with limited traffic lights), where many neighbors know each other, even though it is becoming a much more in-demand option for New Yorkers.
