The West Village is a neighborhood in lower Manhattan, bounded by the Hudson River to the west, West 14th Street to the north, 6th Avenue to the east, and Houston Street to the south.
The West Village is one of those New York City neighborhoods that is hard not to fall in love with. It is quaint, picturesque, quiet; it has great food, great entertainment, great shopping. It looks very similar to how it looked when it was built, with narrow cobblestone streets and colonial brownstones. When exploring the West Village, you will feel like you have been transported out of the City. There is very little development, so inventory is tight, which makes the West Village one of the priciest in Manhattan.
