Dobbs Ferry

Dobbs Ferry

Dobbs Ferry is a centrally located river town between Hastings-on-Hudson to the south and Irvington to the north. Dobbs Ferry offers an array of different price points, from $300,000 condos to multi-million dollar mansions. While most students attend the Dobbs Ferry school district, homes on the east side attend the Ardsley school district. Restaurants and shops are found in town, along Cedar and Main Streets. Waterfront Park offers incredible views of the city and the Palisades.

Fun Facts

Three decades ago, Dobbs Ferry was considered the poor stepsister to Hastings-on-Hudson and Irvington. Now, it’s considered their equal.

What We Love

Brunch at The Cookery, summer drinks on the Hudson at Half Moon (the views are spectacular), 4th of July fireworks at Waterfront Park, 5-20 minute drive to most of Lower Westchester, closing streets to car traffic on Halloween for trick-or-treating, and summer farmer’s market
